Over time, Genpact expanded its offerings and became an independent company in 2005.

Today, Genpact is a global leader in digital and business process transformation. In Q3 2025, the company reported impressive results, with revenue growing 7% year-over-year and adjusted diluted EPS increasing by 14%. The company also raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a growth range of 6.1% to 6.4%.
